By far, the most frequently asked question is about the best way to marinade and for how long. We recommend using a Ziploc bag and just barely covering the meat, then sealing the bag and working the marinade throughout the meat by frequently turning the bag in the refrigerator. You should marinade most meats overnight when possible while chicken should be marinaded for 4-6 hours.   When using marinade on fish, we recommend no longer than an hour.
